GENERAL

Clothing: Smart casual, closed shoes & no slops for Dinner. Management has the right to refuse entry to any guests as this is a private property.

We may change our published rates at any time without notice.

All tables will be held for 20 minutes after the agreed reservation time, after which the table may be reallocated. We will however, try and accommodate you as soon as an alternative table becomes available.

Set menu for tables 15+ only. Any no shows for group bookings may lose their deposit money, which will be at the discretion of management.

Almost Orange: maximum table size is 20 people
Silver Orange Bistro: maximum table size is 15 people (on weekends)

GENERAL

Unfortunately we do not cater for weddings.

We do not allow split bills for large group bookings.

Kindly assist your children at all times during your visit at our restaurant. As management do not take any responsibility or liability for any accident occurred with any unattended children during your visit to the restaurant. Unfortunately we do not have high chairs available for infants.

Almost all of our dishes are prepared in our kitchens where nuts are used. So any dish may contain nuts or traces of nuts. Kindly ask a member of staff if unsure or for any guidance.

Smoking is not permitted inside the restaurant premises. A designated smoking area outside the restaurant is available for smokers, the Management request all guests to smoke in the designated area.

VOUCHERS

All vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of sale. Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange. It is not possible to extend the voucher beyond the stated 6 month validity period.

All vouchers must be booked in advance.

Vouchers cannot be used on certain holidays such as New Year’s Day or certain promotional days such as Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day. Please ask when booking.

Reservations are subject to availability, at our discretion. Please call the telephone number specified on the restaurant’s home page to make your reservation. Purchase of a voucher is not a guarantee of a reservation.

Where a voucher has not been used due to the cancellation of a booking, the voucher remains valid until used or expired.

Set menu

Functions will only be confirmed on payment of a 50% deposit.

Final amount of guests to be confirmed 48 hours prior to function – the final total confirmed will reflect on the final account.

Account to be settled in full before departure

No BYO (Bring Your Own) alcohol is allowed for functions.

Please advise on any special dietary requirements.

Due to the use of fresh local and imported produce and ingredients, some items may be substituted on menus if unavailable.

Service fees: 12.5% gratuity on tables larger than 8.

Silver Orange Bistro will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, theft or injury of guest/guests on property during functions.
